• The original Vision was to include a Creche, this is now OBSOLETE

• Babies in arms welcome!

• It is preferable to arrange babysitters for older kids, but if you have no other choice, then by all means to not miss out on this epic ride.

Sahaja, also known as RIA, is an Ecstatic Dance DJ who crafts immersive musical journeys by blending organic world rhythms and beats. Her sets evoke a sense of unity, celebrating our shared connection to Mother Earth and each other. Drawing from decades of experience in music and performance, Sahaja embodies the soulful evolution of R.I.A., weaving a rich tapestry of global influences that inspire healing, transformation, and effortless flow—true to the Sanskrit meaning of Sahaja: "spontaneous, effortless flow."

Based in Byron Bay, she wears many hats: DJ, marketer, yogi, event producer, and embodiment devotee. She is also a dedicated mother, on a mission in 2025 to raise awareness of the shifting dynamics of our world and how we can meet them with presence, grace, and intention through her music and events.

As a longtime advocate of Elemental Awakening and a certified 5Elements Dance Activation™ facilitator, Sahaja infuses her life experiences into every experience she curates, creating meaningful, transformative moments. Currently training as an Equine-Assisted Learning Facilitator and horsemanship educator, she continues to expand her toolkit for inspiring embodied connection.

With over 20 years of DJing across Australia, New Zealand, and the globe, Sahaja (RIA) brings a deep, alchemical wisdom to her ecstatic dance sets. Her soundscapes are designed to transport listeners on an auditory odyssey, cultivating profound experiences of self-discovery and joy.

She is also a Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, trained with Power Living Australia and Shiva Rea’s Chakra Prana Vinyasa. Her multidisciplinary approach to movement, music, and mindfulness allows her to craft experiences that touch the body, mind, and spirit.

Luke Julian, known by his artist name Echo Genesis, has built a career blending his love for world music and electronic soundscapes. His journey began with drums in high school, sparking a passion for rhythm that expanded into playing instruments like the flute, handpan, and didgeridoo. Over the years, his musical journey has included collaborations, sound healing sessions, and captivating live performances that transport audiences through rich, immersive soundscapes. While his latest project, Echo Genesis, channels his electronic influences, Luke’s heart remains rooted in the collaborative and transformative power of live music. Today, he continues to inspire others through teaching and performing, fostering connection and creativity through his music.

Soul Photographer Hayley Melrose, will be capturing the heart & aliveness of the festival, with her visionary eye!

Her Photography style is unique, vibrant, real and connected, as she has a way with people, providing safety for radical expression.

Hayley is not only a Soul Photographer. She’s a Sensual Alchemist, Kundi Dance Queen, Energetic Bodyworker and Founder of Chateau Lush. Hayley has been holding space for self discovery, healing, transformation and liberation for communities worldwide, for 15 years. Her studies have been in Photography, Massage, Dance, Reiki, Relating, Tantra and Shamanism. At Shakti Rising, when Hayley’s not shooting, she will be dancing up a storm and holding space one to one, for anyone who needs it.
